The capacity figures are a rough sort, not booking numbers. Venue capacity swings enormously with the setup: seated versus standing, indoors versus a tent on the lawn, ceremony versus reception. Only the Cliff House figure here is taken from the venue’s own published material. Confirm the rest directly, and confirm what the number includes.

Confirm the venue still does weddings at all. Businesses change what they offer, and this list has repeatedly turned out to contain places that do not host weddings. Point Lookout in Northport now advertises only vacation cabin rentals. Three entries removed so far were an operating girls’ summer camp, a working orchard, and Sweetser’s Apple Barrel, which has no website and appears in the Maine Pomological Society’s directory as an orchard with no wedding offering published. Victoria Mansion publishes nothing about weddings either and is flagged below rather than removed.
